ALL rent is due on the 1st of the month
. Payments that are not postmarked by the 7th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee. Any returned checks will be assessed a $35 returned check fee. An annual interest rate of 18% will be applied to all past due balances over 30 days. Failure to pay rent by the 16th of the month constitutes a default in your contract. Any customer that have more than 2 lock out notifications will be evicted.  It may take up to 48 hours to unlock a unit after payment is made.


We would appreciate a 30-day notice when you decide to vacate your unit. A MINIMUM of 20 days’ notice is required.

On your scheduled move-out day, simply remove your lock and make sure the unit is completely emptied of all contents, and sweep out the space with a broom. You must sweep out your unit in order to have your deposit refunded to you. Let us know when this is completed, and we will inspect the unit. If items or debris are left behind, you will be charged a cleaning fee.


Outside Storage Customers: You will be issued a map with your assigned parking space.
Keep your property in good repair and capable of being moved if it became necessary to do so. No vehicle that is leaking fluids or otherwise polluting the environment is permitted.
